Import Regulations and VAT Information for UK and Ireland Customers

Please Note:

We are a Dutch company. As a European business, import regulations apply. We will cover the import duties and customs fees. For orders to the United Kingdom, all invoices are issued at 0% VAT, and VAT will be accounted for by the customer in the UK. Customers are responsible for paying any import VAT upon receiving the goods.

Exceptions:

For Ireland, European regulations apply. This means there are no import duties or customs fees. All prices include 25% VAT

If you order a product that we have in stock, we aim to deliver within 4 working days to a desired delivery address within Europe and the United Kingdom. If this delivery time is unexpectedly exceeded, we will inform you by e-mail or telephone.

DIRECTLY AVAILABLE FROM OUR STOCK

You can immediately see the current stock status for each product. If we do not have a product in stock, please inquire with our customer service in what timeframe we can deliver.

LONGER DELIVERY TIME

Isupcenter strives for a fast delivery time. Due to the amount of types of inflatable supboards and accessories, Isupcenter.com unfortunately cannot always have all inflatable paddle boards and accessoires in stock. As a result, some products have a longer delivery time (more than 5 working days). The delivery time is always indicated with the product concerned. The message ‘in stock’ in these cases means that this product is in stock at the distributor and can be delivered.

CHOOSE YOUR DESIRED DELIVERY DATE

Up to a week in advance, you can easily have your order delivered on the day that suits you best. Due to the different order processing, it is important to indicate a delivery date in the comments field if you choose to receive your order before or after a certain time.

IF YOU ARE NOT HOME

If you are not at home on delivery, the order will be offered again the next day.
